1. Vendors Go To Vendor Dashboard→Settings→Store. Ensure That Under Map You Have Entered Your Address. Click On Update Settings.

2. Vendors Can Set Up Location Product-Wise Too. To Do This Go To Vendor Dashboard→Products.

3. Now Click On Edit Product. Scroll Down The Page. Under Geolocation, Uncheck Same As Store Location.

4. Then Enter A New Location For The Product. Then Click On Save Product.

Now Customers Can Search For This Product By Location From The Shop List Page.

Other Than That There Are No Other Configurations For Vendors. BACK TO VENDOR DASHBOARD

Configuration For Vendor

This Is How The Panel Looks Like By Default. The Seller Has To Go To Vendor Dashboard>Settings>Verification To Meet This Panel.

Verify ID, Driving License or Passport

When You Click On The “Start Verification” Button This Modal Will Appear. You Can Upload Photos For Passport, National ID, Or Driving License Select The Category And Upload The File As Necessary.

Vendors Can Upload Scanned Photos Here For Any One Of Them:

Cell Phone Verification

Phone Number Is Verified By Sending A Code To The Vendor’s Cell Number. The Vendor Needs To Enter That Code On The Screen And Submit. If The Code Matches, The Number Will Be Verified Instantly.

Verify Address

When You Click The Button Start Verification Under The Address Verification Section You Will Get A Form Like This. Fill Out The Fields And Press Submit.

Enabling Live Chat

You Need To Add Your WhatsApp Number On Your Store Settings.

1. Log Into ErrandWorks.Me
2. Go To The Vendor Dashboard. 
3.Go To Your Vendor Dashboard And Click On  Settings 

4. Now, Scroll Down And Enable The Live Chat Option. Then Add Your WhatsApp Number In The Textbox. Click On Update Settings To Finish.

5. So, When You Click On The WhatsApp Icon Or The Chat Now Option To Open WhatsApp.

6. You Will See The Message On Your WhatsApp Chatbox.

Vendors Will Be Able To Set Opening And Closing Times For Their Online Stores.

Configuring Store Open & Close Times

1. To Do This, Vendors Navigate To Vendor Dashboard→Settings→Store.

2. Scroll Down To Find The Store Opening & Closing Time Widget.

Select Open Or Close From The Drop-Down For Each Day Of The Week.

3. For Days When The Store Is Open, Select Hours Of Operation From The Numeric Fields.

4. You Can Also Change And Add Different Notices For Open And Closed Hours.

5. When You’ve Finished Configuration, Click On Update Settings.

1. Product Enquiry Button: Click This Button To Perform An Inquiry.

3. E-Mail Field: Insert Their (Customer) Email ID.
4. Text Field: Write Details About An Inquiry.
5. Submit Enquiry: Click Here To Submit The Inquiry.

Usage: for Regular/Previous Customer

For Regular Or Previous Customers, It’s Easier To Inquire. The Product Enquiry Module Automatically Generates Their Name And Email ID  So They Have To Complete The Following Steps Below.

1. Product Enquiry Button: Click This Button To Start An Inquiry.
2. Text Field: Write Details About The Inquiry.
3. Submit Enquiry: Click Here To Submit The Inquiry.

How they communicate

After Submitting The Inquiry, An Email Will Send Directly To The Seller’s Email Account. Then The Seller Can Reply To The Customer And Assure Them About The Product.

Vendors Need To Configure The Payment Methods In Order To Withdraw Their Earnings. To Do That, They Need To Go To Vendor Dashboard–> Settings–> Payment.

Add Payment Details To Receive Payments

Vendors Need To Configure Payment Methods In Order To Withdraw Their Earnings. To Do That, They Need To Go To Vendor Dashboard–> Settings–> Payment.

The Vendor Will Find All The Payments Method Available To Him/Her. However, He/She Can Also Add A Payment Method By Clicking The ” Add Payment Method” Button. But, The Vendor Can Only Add A Payment Method If The Admin Has Enabled Them From The Backend.

To Configure A Payment Method, The Vendor Needs To Click The Manage Button Beside The Methods.

Then They Need To The Email Address Connected To PayPal, WireCard, Skrill Or Add The Bank Name And Account Number For Bank Transfer And Hit The Update Settings Button To Finish.

The Vendor Could View Their Total Earnings From The Withdraw Page.

The Vendor Could Select His Comfortable Withdrawal Method From The Drop-Down Box On The Withdraw Page.

The Vendor Must Have A Minimum Limit To Make A Withdrawal Request.  The Minimum Withdrawal For Vendors Is $50. The Seller Will View The Limit On Their Dashboard Terms & Condition And Will Get An Email Notification.

The Vendor Will Get An Email Notification When His Withdrawal Request Gets Approved By The Admin.

This Enables Vendors To Offer Customized Return And Warranty Facility Of Their Sold Products And Services To Their Buyers.

Vendor Settings/Configuration

For All Products

As Any Vendor, You Would Require To Login To Your Account And Navigate Through Vendor Dashboard → Settings.

Now, Select RMA.

Option 1: Label

This Is The Part Where The Vendor Adds A Label To The RMA Facility For The Customers For All His Products. In This Case, It Is Labeled As ‘Warranty’. The Vendors Can Add Any Label Of Their Choice.

Option 2:

There Are Certain Dependencies On This Option Of Warranty Type. The Dependencies Are Demonstrated Below.

Type: No Warranty & Warranty Included

The Vendor Can Choose The Type Of Warranty For The Customers From Here. Basically, There Are Three Types Of Warranty To Offer The Vendors To Their Customers. No Warranty, Warranty Included, And Warranty As Add-On.

The Type ‘No Warranty‘ Will Reveal No New Option But Selecting ‘Warranty Included’ Will Add Three More Options, Length, Length Value Length Duration As Seen Below.

Length Option Is Whether You Are Looking To Offer The Warranty For A Limited Time Or Lifetime. Length Value Is The Value To Be Added For The Warranty Offered For Any Product. Lastly, Length Duration Is The Term Of The Warranty In The Form Of Month Or Years.

When The Length Of The Warranty Is Selected To “Lifetime”, The Length Value And Length Duration Option Will Get Hidden As Shown Below.

Type: Warranty As Add-On

When The Vendor Chooses This Option Of Warranty Type. The Vendor Can Allow The Customers To Choose An Additional Warranty Period For An Added Cost. The Vendor Can Set That Cost And Duration From The Add-On Warranty Setting Option As Shown Below.

Option 3: Refund Reasons

This Option Displays All Refund Reasons Set By The Admin. Now The Vendors Can Choose To Display The Refund Reason Of Their Choice By Tick Checking The Box That Goes With Their Store And Products.

Option 4: RMA Policy

This Is The Return And Warranty Request Policy Set By The Admin. The Vendors Can Set The Policy Of Their Own For The Customers Based On Their Store, Products And Services.

For Individual Product (Vendor settings)

Apart From Setting The RMA For All Products, The Vendor Can Also Set Up RMA Settings For An Individual Product.

To Do So, The Vendor Has To Navigate To Vendor Dashboard > Products > Select A Product > Edit > RMA Options (Check The “Override Your Default RMA Settings For This Product”)

After That, You Will Get The Options For Setting Up The RMA For This Product As Shown Below.

The Fields In This Setting Are The Same As The Fields In The Global Setting But Here It Works For This Product Only.

Managing Customers’ RMA Requests

To Manage Customers’ RMA Requests, The Vendor Has To Go To His/Her Vendor Dashboard > Return Request > Select The ‘Manage’ Or Click On The View Icon.

Next, Your Vendor Will Get Options To Chat With The Customer And To Meet Up With The Return Request. Moreover, The Vendor Can Change The Status Of The RMA Request If He/She Wants To.

Here Are The Statuses:

• New: When The Vendor Gets Any New RMA Request From A Customer.
• Processing: When The Vendor Sets The Status To Processing, The Customer Will Be Able To View The RMA Requests’ Status As ‘Processing’.
• Completed: When The RMA Request Is Completely Processed Then The Vendor Will Select This Option.
• Rejected: The Vendor Will Select This Option If He Or She Wishes To Reject The RMA Request.
• Reviewing: Vendor Will Select This Option When The RMA Request Is Under Review.

Customer’s RMA Option

Based On The Settings Applied By The Admin And Vendor, Customers Get To Enjoy The RMA Facility While Buying Their Favorite Products. Certain Options Are Set As Default For The Customers. And For Other Options, They Can Choose Their Suitable Warranty Duration For An Extra Cost Set By The Vendors.

As For The ‘Warranty As Add-On’ Warranty Type, The Customers Get To Choose The Provided Warranty Duration For Some Extra Cost Set By The Vendors.

Requesting a Warranty

Once The Product Is Bought By A Customer, Based On The RMA Setting Adjusted By The Admin And Vendor, The Customer Can Request The Replacement Of The Bought Product, A Full Or Partial Refund, Or Request For Refund As Store Credit.

To Configure This Vendors Need To Go To Vendor Dashboard–> Settings. If They Scroll Down They Will Find The Options.

Enable Min/Max Quantities: Enable This To Activate The Feature. That Means Vendors Can Select Minimum/Maximum Orders For Selected Products.

Minimum Product Quantity To Place An Order: Add The Minimum Number Of Products Customers Need To Buy In Order To Place An Order. For Example, If Vendors Choose 2, Then Customers Need To Buy At Least 2 Of The Selected Products In Order To Place An Order.

Maximum Product Quantity To Place An Order: Add The Maximum Number Of Products Customers Need To Buy In Order To Place An Order.

Select Products: Type The Product Name Here Or You Can Select All The Products By Clicking The Select All Button.

Select Category: Vendors Can Select The Product Categories From Here.

After Configuring All The Options, Vendors Need To Hit The Update Settings Button To Finish.

This Is What The Product Page Will Look Like After Enabling The Min/Max Quantities Feature.

Purchasing Products with a Minimum/Maximum Quantity – Customer

To Purchase A Product With A Minimum/Maximum Quantity, At First Customer Needs To Select A Product And Add The Selected Product To The Cart.

Now, While Adding A Product That Has A Minimum Amount Set Then It Will Show That Minimum Quantity In The Cart. Suppose When The Customer Buys Beanie, They Need To Order A Minimum Of 2 Pieces In Order To Complete The Order. So, When They Click On The Add To Cart Button, It Will Automatically Add 2 Pieces Of That Product To The Cart.

If The Customer Reduces The Quantity From The Minimum Amount ( In This Case To 1 ), Then The Proceed To Checkout Button Will Disappear. And It Will Show A Message “Min Quantity X”.

Also, If The Number Of Products Exceeds The Maximum Quantity Then The Customer Also Can’t Complete The Checkout.

Only If The Quantity Matches The Set Number, Then Customers Can Complete The Checkout Process.

Configure Min/Max Amount from Vendor Dashboard – Vendor

After The Admin Has Enabled The Min/Max Amount Option From The Backend, Now Vendors Can Configure This Feature From The Vendor Dashboard.

To Configure This Vendors Need To Go To Vendor Dashboard–> Settings. If They Scroll Down They Will Find The Options.

Enable Min/Max Amount: Enable This To Activate The Feature. That Means Vendors Can Select Minimum/Maximum Amount For Selected Products.

Minimum Amount To Place An Order: Add The Minimum Amount Customers Need To Cross In Order To Place An Order. For Example, If Vendors Choose $10, Then Customers Need To Place An Order That Crosses The $10 Mark.

Maximum Amount Quantity To Place An Order: Add The Maximum Amount In Order To Place An Order.

Select Products: Type The Product Name Here Or You Can Select All The Products By Clicking The Select All Button.

Select Category: Vendors Can Select The Product Categories From Here.

After Configuring All The Options, Vendors Need To Hit The Update Settings Button To Finish.

Enable Min/Max Order Amount for Individual Products

If You Want You Can Set The Min/Max Feature For Individual Products As Well. To Do That, Click On The Edit Option Of Any Product,

Now, If You Scroll Down, You Will See The “Enable Min Max Rule For This Product” Option. Enable It.

When You Enable The Option, You Will See The Min/Max Fields Open Up. Add The Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity, Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount,

After You Save The Product, Visit The Shop Page, Where You Will See That The Product’s Min/Max Option Is Different Than The Global Options.

Enabling Min/Max Option for Variable Products

You Can Set Different Min/Max Options For Different Product Variations As Well. You Can Set Min/Max Options With Global Variations. That Way, Every Variation Will Have The Same Min/Max Amount.

Click On The Select Variations Option,

Select Minimum Quantity,

Add The Minimum Quantity Value And Click OK.

Also, Select The Maximum Quantity Option From The Drop-Down Box,

Add The Maximum Quantity And Click Ok To Finish. In The Same Way, You Can Add Min And Max Amount As Well. When You Add All The Values, You Will See That Every Variation Has The Same Min/Max Quantity And Amount.

Or, If You Want You Can Alter The Global Values And Add Different Values For Any Of The Individual Variations.

So, When You Visit The Product Page, You Will See Different Pricing For Different Variations, Depending On Your Setup.

If The Admin Wants They Can Add Min/Max Feature For Individual Products From The Backend.

This Is How You Can Enable Individual Product-Wise Min/Max Features.

Order Rules: If You Enable This Then The System Won’t Count This Product Against Order Rules When There Are Other Items In The Cart

Category Rules: If You Enable This Then The System Will Exclude This Product From Category Rules.

Purchasing Products with a Minimum/Maximum Amount – Customer

To Purchase A Product With A Minimum/Maximum Amount, At First Customers Need To Select A Product And Add The Selected Product To The Cart.

Now, If The Total Order Amount Doesn’t Cross The Minimum Amount ( In This Case That Is $10 ), Customers Can’t Proceed To Complete The Checkout As The Proceed To Checkout Button Will Disappear. Also, There Will Be A Message “Min Amount $10”.

Also, It The Total Amount Crosses The Maximum Amount Mark, Then The Customers Also Can’t Complete The Checkout Process.

If The Total Amount Matches The Minimum Or The Maximum Amount Then The Customers Can Complete The Checkout Process.

Configuring Min/Max Quantities & Min/Max Amount from Vendor Dashboard – Vendor

Now, Vendors Can Configure The Settings From Their Vendor Dashboard.

The Vendors Can Configure The Wholesale Pricing For The Simple Products And For The Digital Products As Well. To Set The Wholesale Price For A Product, The Vendors Will Have To Go To The Edit Page.

Vendor Settings/Configuration

For Existing Product

To Do So, The Vendor Has To Navigate To The Vendor Dashboard → Products → Select A Product → Edit Product → Wholesale Options.

In Order To Use This Option, The Vendor Must Check The “Enable Wholesale For This Product“. After That, He Or She Has To Set The “Wholesale Price” And The “Minimum Quantity For Wholesale“.

Setting Wholesale Price For A Variable Product

If The Vendor Wants To Set The “Wholesale Price” And The “Minimum Quantity For Wholesale” For A Variable Product Then He Or She Must Set Them For Each Variation.

Say, For Example, The Vendor May Have A Product With Variations Such As Large Green, Large Red, Small Green, Small Red Etc.

For Each Of These Variations, The Vendor Has To Set The “Regular Price” And The “Wholesale Price” With The Number Of “Minimum Quantity For Wholesale“. See The Screenshot Below:

For Simple Product

For Configuring The Dokan Wholesale Option For A New Product The Vendor Has To Go To The Dashboard/Vendor Dashboard → Products → Add New Product → Create Product → Wholesale Options → Check The Wholesale For This Product.

After Enabling Set The Wholesale Price And Quantity.

For Variable Product

For Configuring The Dokan Wholesale Option For A New Variable Product The Vendor Has To Go To The Dashboard/Vendor Dashboard → Products → Add New Product → Create Product → Create Variable Product → Wholesale Options → Check The Wholesale For This Product.

Product Type That Lets You Offer A Set Of Variations On A Product With Control Over Prices, Stock, Image, And More For Each Variation. They Can Be Used For A Product Like A T-Shirt Which You Can Offer

Create a product first

Go To Seller Dashboard → Product → Add New Product

There Are Several Mandatory Fields At The Start, Like Product Name, Category, Price Etc. Fill Them Up So That You Can Move On To The Later Sections Without Interruption. Now, Click On The Create Product Button And It Will Redirect You To The Product Edit Page.

In This Stage, Select Which Type Of Product You Are Willing To Create. Here, We Are Creating A Variable Product. So, Select Variable From The Product Type Drop-Down Menu. Now, Provide Product Category And Tags So That Your Customer Can Easily Find Your Product From Your Store.

Enabling Variations

Now Scroll Down To The Attribute & Variation Section From Where You Can Manage Different Variations And Attributes For Your Variable Product.

Creating Attributes

You Can Create A New Attribute By Selecting Custom Attribute And Clicking On The Add Attribute Button. Now, Provide The Attribute Name And Its Values. You Can Create More Values By Entering The ‘|’ Character After Providing A Value.

Now, To Create New Variations Of Your Product From The Provided Value, Select Create Variations From All Attributes. You Can Also Create Single Variables According To Your Requirements By Selecting Add Variation Option. After Choosing Your Option, Click On The Go Button And It Will Generate Possible Variations From Your Attributes Automatically.

Editing and Saving Variations

From The Screenshot Below, You Can See That Errand Woks Has Generated All The Possible Variations For Your Product. Now, You Can Edit Generated Variations According To Your Requirements.

Now, Click On The Down Arrow Button Of Any Of The Variations That You Want To Edit. It Will Open The Description And SKU Option For That Variation.

Enter The Price, Dimensions, And SKU For Your Variation. You Can Also Include Shipping Class, Tax Class, And Variation Description For This Variation Of Your Product. You Can Also Remove Any Of The Variations That You Do Not Have Available For This Product. After You Are Done Editing The Variables, You Can Save The Variation By Clicking On Save Variations Button.

Now, You Can Include Any Discount Options For Your Product. Besides That, You Can Include Other Options. There Are Options Including Product Status, Visibility, Purchase Note, And Product Reviews.
