Products without Warranty: For products not accompanied by a warranty, returns are subject to the vendor’s individual return policy. Customers must contact the vendor directly to initiate a return. Used Items: The 30-day warranty does not apply to used items sold through the platform. All used items are sold as is, and assumes no responsibility for condition, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

3. Service Returns and Warranties

Standard Warranty Coverage: offers a 30-day limited warranty on services booked through the platform. This warranty covers:

  • Material defects in service delivery

  • Failure to perform agreed-upon tasks as outlined in the service request or contract

Contractual Exceptions: Certain services may carry modified warranty terms when explicitly stated in a written agreement between the vendor and customer. These exceptions must be documented prior to service delivery and referenced within the platform.

4. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Returns should be sent to the original vendor, not the manufacturer

  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, some health and personal care items

 

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at the vendor’s discretion for:

  • Books with signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

11. Incomplete Work by a Vendor

If a vendor fails to complete agreed-upon services:

  • Evidence must be presented for mediation

  • ErrandWorks will assist in resolving disputes

  • If the vendor fails to fulfill the customer’s requests or the customer fails to pay, legal action may be necessary

 

12. Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service for expensive items

 

13. Prohibited Items and Conduct

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives

  • Illegal prostitution or sex trafficking

  • Exploitation or endangerment of minors

  • Recalled items, hazardous materials, unsanitized bedding/clothing

  • Alcoholic beverages or tobacco products (unless legally permitted)

  • Pet sales (rehoming with a small adoption fee is acceptable)

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent content

  • Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or malicious postings

  • Personal identifying information

  • Stolen property or burglary tools
