- Fraud, theft, or other criminal activities
Illegal activities and adult content/services are strictly prohibited on ErrandWorks—no exceptions, regardless of licensing or certification. This covers all goods, services, media, or behavior classified as illegal or adult under applicable laws and platform standards.
2.2 Medical and Healthcare Services
These services may be offered through ErrandWorks only if the provider holds all required licenses and/or certifications and such credentials are independently verified by ErrandWorks prior to listing.
- Medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice
- Administration of medications or medical procedures
- Mental health counseling or therapy
- Dental, vision, or other licensed healthcare services
- Services requiring medical licensing or certification
These services are strictly prohibited unless the provider is fully licensed/certified, credentials are verified by ErrandWorks, and compliance with all applicable laws is met. Listings must display credential information, and ErrandWorks reserves the right to deny or remove postings if verification or compliance fails.
2.3 Legal Services
These services may be offered through ErrandWorks only if the provider holds all required licenses and/or certifications and such credentials are independently verified by ErrandWorks prior to listing.

- Document preparation requiring legal expertise
- Court appearances or legal proceedings
- Notarization services (unless properly licensed)

2.4 Financial Services
These services may be offered through ErrandWorks only if the provider holds all required licenses and/or certifications and such credentials are independently verified by ErrandWorks prior to listing.

- Lending, borrowing, or credit services
- Insurance sales or claims processing
These services are strictly prohibited unless the provider is fully licensed/certified, credentials are verified by ErrandWorks, and compliance with all applicable laws is met. Listings must display credential information, and ErrandWorks reserves the right to deny or remove postings if verification or compliance fails.
2.5 Adult Content and Services
- Adult entertainment or escort services
- Production, distribution, or sale of adult content
- Services of a sexual or intimate nature
- Dating or matchmaking services

2.6 Dangerous or High-Risk Activities
- Electrical work requiring professional licensing
- Plumbing work requiring professional licensing
- Structural home modifications or repairs
- Roofing or high-altitude work
- Hazardous material handling or disposal
- Tree removal involving power lines
- Swimming pool maintenance involving chemicals
3. Prohibited Products
Service providers are prohibited from purchasing, handling, transporting, or delivering the following products unless the provider holds all required federal, state, and local licenses/permits, satisfies ErrandWorks verification requirements, and the listing includes license/permit details and has been independently verified by ErrandWorks prior to posting:
3.1 Controlled Substances
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Prescription medications (except authorized pickup services)
- Tobacco products to minors
- Alcohol to minors or without proper licensing
3.2 Weapons and Dangerous Items
- Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
- Explosives or incendiary devices
- Chemical weapons or toxic substances
- Items designed to cause harm
3.3 Restricted Items
- Live animals (except approved pet care services)
- Hazardous chemicals or materials
- Items requiring special permits or licensing
- Stolen or counterfeit goods
4. Age-Restricted Services
Certain services may only be provided to customers of appropriate age:
- Alcohol purchase and delivery (21+ years)
- Tobacco product purchase and delivery (18+ years)

6. Platform Integrity Violations
Services that compromise the integrity of the ErrandWorks platform are prohibited:
- Circumventing platform payment systems
- Providing false or misleading service descriptions
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Violation of customer privacy or data protection
7. Reporting and Enforcement
7.1 Reporting Violations
- Customers and service providers must report prohibited services immediately
- Reports can be made through the platform’s reporting system
- Anonymous reporting is available for safety concerns
7.2 Consequences
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension of platform privileges
- Permanent ban from the ErrandWorks platform
