Designed for families, professionals, and property managers, it includes unlimited yard sale listings, priority booking with trusted vendors, exclusive discounts, and one scheduled wellness check-in per month—virtual or in-person. Whether you’re planning an estate, supporting a loved one, or managing a property remotely, this membership helps you stay organized, protected, and connected.  Platform Fee: 10% applied to all sales transactions.   Premium Plus Membership – Terms and Conditions This agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of clients enrolled in the Premium Plus Membership program (“Member” or “Client”) offered by ErrandWorks.me (“Company”). By enrolling in the Premium Plus Membership, the Client agrees to the following terms:   1. Monthly Wellness Check Entitlement Each Member shall be entitled to one (1) wellness check per calendar month, which may be conducted either in person or via virtual consultation, subject to availability and mutual agreement. The purpose of said wellness check is to assess the Member’s current needs and facilitate the coordination of applicable services.   2. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy – All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the Company’s designated booking system or by direct communication with authorized personnel. – Members may cancel or reschedule a scheduled wellness check without penalty by providing a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ advance notice. – Rescheduling requests must be submitted via ErrandWorks.me/contact. In the event of a medical or safety emergency, Members are advised to contact the Company directly or dial 911.   3. Missed Appointment and Forfeiture Clause – Failure to attend a scheduled wellness check without providing the required notice shall constitute a “Missed Appointment.” – Missed Appointments may be rescheduled only within the same calendar month in which the original appointment was scheduled. Premium Plus Membership – Terms and Conditions

This agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of clients enrolled in the Premium Plus Membership program (“Member” or “Client”) offered by ErrandWorks.me (“Company”). By enrolling in the Premium Plus Membership, the Client agrees to the following terms:
